Receiving Your Shipment
Be prepared and plan ahead for your equipment delivery. Watch this video to know what to expect so your delivery goes as smoothly as possible.
Minerva Beauty understands you need to your items as quickly and safely as possible. That’s why we work with a suite of trusted shipping providers to handle your order. Note, shipping damage is still possible, and all shipments should be inspected thoroughly before signing off on your delivery.
Parcel Shipments
Smaller items can be shipped using parcel shipping services. Minerva Beauty offers both standard Ground and 2 Day Air services for parcel shipments. Any orders placed with 2 Day Air shipment methods may ship out the following day and should take 2 business days to arrive after it leaves our facilities. Weekends and holidays are not included in your shipping time. Order processing and shipping times may vary, but we typically have orders processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. All orders placed after 3:00pm, EST between Friday and Sunday will not ship until the next business day. We recommend placing expedited orders over the phone with our sales team. Freight Shipments
Larger orders and items will ship via LTL Freight using one of our trusted shipping partners. All freight is delivered curbside, signature required. Be sure to inspect your delivery for any damages prior to signing for receipt. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee from the carrier. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location. Standard delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii, however, we may be able to expedite shipments upon request. During seasonal promotions and holidays, shipping may be delayed due to the heavy volume of shipments. During these periods, orders will ship on a "first come, first serve" basis. If you have any customer service questions, order status inquiries, concerns regarding defective product, assembly of furniture or product operation, please call 1-888-332-0123 and ask for the Customer Service Department.
Also, please make sure your delivery address is correct at the time of your purchase. Minerva does not offer the option of reconsignment (change of address once an order has left our facility) on freight shipments regardless of the situation.
This information applies only to items that are shipped directly from Minerva Beauty, and does not apply to items being "drop shipped" from other warehouses (Norvell, Mystic Tan, Continuum, J&A, etc.). Drop shipped items may take longer to deliver.
Curbside Delivery
Curbside Delivery Service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway or on the sidewalk in front of your business. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window. Your item(s) will be delivered by truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver. For larger items, Minerva will recommend and may sometimes require liftgates at an additional charge. Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. If any damage is present on the packaging or item upon delivery, please note the issues on the delivery receipt and take photos of the damages. Then, call our Customer Service Team at 1-888-332-0123 immediately to discuss. We'll assist you if any of the items within are damaged. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck, we will be unable to complete delivery.
Freight Shipping VS Ground Delivery
Ground delivery is only available on smaller items that can be transported by a standard delivery truck. Ground shipments can be delivered to residential or commercial locations. Freight delivery is used for larger packages that need to be handled with care and delivered on a larger truck via a pallet. Freight deliveries typically utilize a lift gate on the rear of the truck, and delivery is curbside only. It is important to track your freight delivery to ensure you are present to sign for the delivery and move the packages to the interior of your space. Freight delivery to a residential address (even if the business is located in a home) will incur additional costs. We recommend delivering to a commercial address whenever possible.
Backordered Items
If your order contains a backordered item, the entire order will ship when the backordered item comes into stock and is ready to ship. If you need to split your order into multiple shipments, please contact our Sales Team at 1-888-332-0123 prior to placing your order online.

United States (lower 48 states) & Canada. If ordering from outside the continental US or Canada, please call our Sales Team at 1-888-332-0123.
No C.O.D. Shipping
We do not ship Credit On Delivery. All purchases must be paid for 100% prior to shipping.
No Reconsignments on Freight Deliveries
We will not offer reconsignment (change of address) for any freight shipments once the order has left our facility.
